Shipping and payment information

Shipping information:

We only ship within Switzerland. 
Shipping is usually carried out by Swiss Post (by B Mail as standard). Delivery by A Mail can also be selected during the ordering process. The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. From an amount of CHF 50, shipping by B Mail is free of charge.
Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as your payment has been credited to our account.

We offer the following payment methods:

Prepayment
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details, the total amount and the order number. Please transfer the total amount, stating the order number in the payment reference. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and dispatched. If payment is not made within 30 days of conclusion of the contract, we reserve the right to cancel your order and withdraw from the purchase contract.

Paypal
If you select Paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Paypal website when you click on ‘Buy’. There you can log in with your Paypal login and confirm the payment. As soon as we have received the payment, we will process your order and dispatch it.
